Not just archive. But completely delete their record name included from client list for those that opt out. Its not emr so allow deletion.

When I discharge a client they need to be removed from my standard list and be on a discharged list I can hide. As it is right now my list is really long and some are clients that I no longer see. I think this is a requirement otherwise I'll have a massive list over time.

The AI seems to focus in on whatever issue the client brings up first, but it ignores subsequent topics, even when they’re significant. It would be nice if it could address multiple concerns from clients.

integrate treatment plan goals with the notes. a tab that specifically listens for treatment plan goals

AI will pick up on conversations about suicide and self-harm in "Subjective" portion of note though in other areas of the note it will say "not assessed."

I find myself having to enter the instructions "Make Subjective and Objective sections longer and more detailed" for every note. The notes should automatically be more detailed.
