We need the CORRECT DIAGNOSIS to appear on each clients' progress notes! Also, give us the option to choose which CPT code will appear on our progress note. We also need telehealth modifiers option.

Diagnosis Code automatically appearing on every progress notes, once the code is entered. Drop Down Progress under each goal on the treament plan when reviewing and updating treatment plans. Custom Forms being able to be sent to the client's chart so the therapist can complete the custom form without sending it to the client. CPT Codes Drop Down box beside the sign button so therapist can choose the correct CPT code for the note. Family Therapy Session option added to progress note type. CPT Code Modifier Drop down box beside the signature button. Add a Biopsychosocial to the platform that the therapist can fill out or ask the questions and AI complete the questions. We need a Biopsychosocial Assessment for the therapist to complete.

Change the options for Magic Edit to include "include all notes for this client only"

The client's correct diagnosis should appear on the progress note at the top with all the other information.

I notice the individual summary notes have more detail than the couple notes. I would like more information in the summary

The ability to be notified when a treatment plan is due and a way to track all treatment plans
