I would like the PHQ-9 added to the depression diagnosis, the GAD for anxiety, etc. That way we can use the measurements to show progress in client's treatment goals. Thank you.

Invoices should have the date the session was conducted , not the date the invoice was created , nobody knows what the payment is for if they get a email without the session date!

I had a client cancel an appt less than 24 hours before appt which I charge a late cancellation fee for. I don't see anywhere on the appt or in the chart showing what time she canceled. It would be helpful to document this in the chart so I don't have manually document the email.

Better Diagnostic tool that matches existing client history and utilizes treatment plan updates to assess progress. Include ICD/CPT codes and rule outs or differentials. Include items to continue to assess for. Include diagnostic criteria that is questionable or needs follow-up.

Could an option at the top of the screen be added to toggle between pages of clients? Instead of scrolling all the way down to get to the additional pages.

Restore the treatment plan suggestions to what they were prior to the most recent update. The new suggested Objectives are terrible.
