Write an aba therapy session note where therapist observed mouthing behavior and what interventions RBT implemented and what triggers the behavior

1- would be helpful to upload a PDF as a handout and add a new document type "Handout", so that it's only sent to the client chart once. Additionally, being able to link handouts to worksheets could be helpful. For example a handout on thinking errors links to relevant CBT worksheets. Having this in a beta on the clinician side could be helpful, but on the client side as well.

Sessions should be rolled into the next billing cycle.

When we set goals for between sessions, it's easy for patients to lose track of them. It would be helpful if goals showed up like a banner on their home page so they are reminded of them. It would also be nice if they could make comments to indicate progress on these goals or mark it as completed. This could also apply to treatment plan goals, such as practice mindfulness 3x per week. If the client submits a mindfulness tracker worksheet then that would automatically link to this goal to show it's 1/3rd of the way complete for that week.

I have clients who used the SPS-V.Old for their baseline and now with the new version it doesn't show the true initial baseline. Please either backdate the answers in the new version and delete the old or link them so we can accurately track.

When ending a session, the type of session will not allow me to change from individual to couples and I then have to change it online.

I would love the options to record voiceover to amend the note after the session. So instead of magic edit I could verbalize what I want changed with the note. Also sometimes I have thoughts about the patient I want included but I may not have discussed this with the patient. It would be nice to be able to record me verbalizing those thoughts and have them transcribed into the assessment.
