The Evidence Based Therapy plan used to have a chronological list of items to review (e.g., worksheets, assessments, etc.). It was really helpful because you knew exactly what new item were completed. With the new system, you have to go into each client's "chart" through the sessions tab which is a lot of work. Please find a way to bring back the "to review list." My EMR system has one so I know it's possible.
