Roll unused sessions into next month

I use 200 notes per month. This month, I know I'll go over a little bit, just with how everything played out. It would be nice to not have to jump from 200 to 300, but maybe an option for 250 or an option to price each note over the package price. I may end up not using Blue print for a day or so at the end of the period because I don't want to get jumped up to the 300 tier.

I absolutely think unused sessions should be rolled over to the next month. This program is much more expensive than many others already, so this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you everyone for the honest feedback on this topic. We want to share that we have been working actively on coming up with an enhanced pricing model that addresses all of the needs that have been brought up in this request.
Thank you specifically to those of you we reached out to that gave your time for live sessions to really dig in and figure out what would work best for therapists of all kinds. We appreciate you.
As a user-centric business, rest-assured a solution is coming soon that we think folks will really appreciate. As always, keep the feedback coming!

Yes please! If you buy them and don’t use, sessions should be rolled into the next month. I fully agree!

Hi - If I purchase case notes by a number of notes, they should not taken away if I don't use them. I may need more the next month, and since I paid for them, I should be able to use them.

I wish that I would get all the sessions I pay for. I don't think I should lose the sessions I pay for if I can't use them in the month. Unused sessions should rollover on your account. They were paid for. Otherwise you should offer packages that only charge for what is used.
