It would be helpful if a 30 day account hold feature were available as an option for therapists who are seeking to compare note taking options. So far the only available options are cancel or delete the account.

Could you consider spacing the bundle options for notes to 50 apart after 200 (i.e. a package with 250 notes rather than jumping from 200 to 300)....or consider a price per note past your packages limit. I may not use Blueprint 1 whole day this cycle to avoid paying an extra $100 bucks or so and having my package permanently increased.

I just wondered if there is a way that users can roll over their unused sessions from one month into the next month. I just started using Blueprint recently and have found that I need more than 60 sessions each month but need less than 80. I just wondered if there was a way we could roll over the unused sessions.

I would really like the ability to rollover, if even a portion, unused notes into the next month. I was ill this past month and did not have as many sessions. Today it renewed and I lost a number of unused notes.

Roll over sessions or reimburse for unused sessions. The amount of sessions I have varies from month to month so I have been losing out on 40+ sessions or overpaying every month, especially since it automatically bumps the number up for renewal when you go over, and then automatically charges when you decrease the plan.

I am so frustrated. I love this platform. It has made my life a gazillion times easier. However every month I am paying for 15-20 sessions that I am not able to utilize. The jump between teers is to high. PLEASE figure out a way to fix this. It makes me want to try another platform.
