The speed and reliability of this product is the biggest problem and reason why I'm considering switching. It is slowing down my workflow big time and I'm getting to a point where it is taking me longer to writer notes waiting for the metaphorical spinning wheel. If this isn't noticeably addressed in another month or two I'm looking for alternatives.
