A way to differentiate deleted notes/active notes

I have been deleting the blueprint note, summary, and transcript after adding the information to my EMR. I was wondering if the deleted notes could have a strikethrough symbol, or change to a different color? I find myself looking back to double check if the notes have been deleted and think it would be nice to have an indicator without opening up the individual notes. Let me know if this makes sense and thanks in advance!

Ability to erase session content. I have my own EHR and I don't feel comfortable leaving session content in two places. I like the notes that Blueprint writes and feel better about that than other systems, but I am not a fan of the notes being here in perpetuity or maybe there is something I don't know about.

Hi, for a few weeks, when I deleted note, everything deleted, includeing the summary. Now that's not happening.
Also, i'd like to be able to delete a session entirely. for example, sometimes a session starts, and then no one shows up. Or other factors can happen where i want to delete the session entirely.

Have the delete button also at the top of everything. This would make it more efficient for tablet users.
Have the ability to delete an entire session, especially for those that do not use this as their electronic record and need to transfer it over to paper filing or a different EHR system.
