The AI seems to focus in on whatever issue the client brings up first, but it ignores subsequent topics, even when they’re significant. It would be nice if it could address multiple concerns from clients.

Often in medicine we're addressing multiple problems. I played with the software this morning and was quite impressed. However, it would be helpful if the different subjects/problems were separated as opposed to all being jumbled in a single paragraph. Just makes the note look better and easier to reference when looking back

I'm noticing that the AI tends to focus on the first part of a session. I'd like a feature that allows me to request a focus in Magic Edit on a particular part of a session, possibly using time stamps from the transcript.

I've found that if I add "add more subjective", it will flesh it out. I'd love to not have to do that every time I generate a note. Adding sliders in settings could facilitate this process.
