I requested this be added in Headway Soap note and they created it. Just change one of your notes to that template and see if you like it. It will not always get the diagnosis correct is my only complaint.

I believe you can do this through the magic edit… I’d start with something like “please recommend the top three diagnoses and evaluate them with specific DSM-5TR criteria listed as met, partially met, or unmet and provide justification “. After you can fine tune the prompt to your specific needs
