Need an automatic deletion option, to be able to set for a timeline like 14 or 30 days to delete the notes and transcripts. The current deletion option is clunky, and takes too long. Zoom has it where it automatically deletes the summary info based on the number of days you set. I don't put client names in the software as an extra security measure, but I'd like the abilty to remove all data once I paste it into my EHR software.
